Frequency vs. Wavelength

Frequency and wavelength are related and inversely proportional. Calculating one from the other is trivial.

The mathematical equation is: λ = c f

However, in radio, the equation is usually simplified by converting the frequency from hertz to megahertz, and replacing the speed of light with a proportionately smaller number: λ 300 f [in MHz]
